Thomas Clark, CEO
Mr. Clark began his career in the design and construction industry. At age 30, he formed THC Construction Inc, a Design/Build firm he ran for ten years before coming to California to take a position with ASG-Neeley/Lofrano, a software developer serving architectural professionals that became a part of Autodesk. Mr. Clark has broad experience in mitigating risks in the management of architectural production, building forensics, general contracting, real estate due diligence, investment, and project management by focusing on methods, procedures and tracking relevant multi-discipline information.
For over 25 years Mr. Clark has been involved in numerous public and private construction projects, including libraries, schools, buildings and residencies all across the country in a number of capacities including design, construction, project management, facility evaluation, as well as dispute resolution. He is adept at mitigating client's risks by focusing management's effort on the development of unambiguous methods and procedures supported by appropriate contract documents and turnaround of relevant information. Sanford Garrett, CFO
Mr. Garrett has spent nearly four decades in the financial world working as an investment banker, structuring financial programs, creating bank syndicates, negotiating loans with banks, and providing credit analyses for the banking community. He will coordinate the best ways to leverage funding to maximize return to investors and, under NSP, to maximize the positive impact on the Community with the limited financial resources at our disposal. He will partner with the lenders/banks to acquire residential assets in a win-win environment. This will encourage turnover of vacant and foreclosed properties at attractive prices to prospective new homeowners, while also providing incentives to financial institutions to modify mortgages wherever possible. sgarrett@property-resources.net
Leonard E. McKines II, VP Business Development
Over twenty years in sales with more than sixteen years as a real estate investment executive. Co-founder and Sr. Vice President of acquisitions of JPL Investment, Inc, was responsible for overseeing the valuation, purchase, recovery and disposition of non-performing loan portfolios and Bulk REO's for JPL and its affiliates. Mr. McKines has taught investment strategies on how to profit by undertaking research to discover the real story behind the official "story" that has provided investment advice to hundreds of students who have taken his course. lmckines@property-resources.net
