PRI provides turnkey process expertise in acquiring toxic residential real estate notes.  Our goal is modifying the underlying loans for substantial positive cash flow and/or securitizing portfolios of such modified loans as an exit strategy.  This can be accomplished as a public service, appealing to current sentiments in Washington, while providing for comparatively low risk highly attractive returns for investors.

Market prices, as a result of the recession, defaults, and the breakdown of the mortgage market are clearly much lower than the value of mortgage principal.  As a result, Mortgage Backed Securities' prices are substantially lower than the fundamental underlying value of the homes and even replacement value, mitigating risk.  However, these securities require complex workouts and knowledge of financial restructuring and asset repair, maintenance, and disposition.  PRI tiers the individual notes and assets, reduces principal, and repositions the mortgages to qualified homeowners converting non-performing sub-prime investments into standard prime performing refinanceable investments, with or without government support.

PRI's primary goal, consistent with high returns, is to provide home owners, as mortgagees, individual stabilization plans allowing them to stay in their homes.  This can be accomplished by providing a combination of Loan Modification and Affordable Refinance Services.   For the home owner who cannot afford their home, PRI will process the mortgage through foreclosure and divest the resulting REO on the market.  PRI harnesses our expert knowledge of both the financial and real estate industries to manage and facilitate either home owner mortgage mitigation or foreclosure and REO sale anywhere in the nation.
